Learning & Earning Development Project
The Ministry of Information & Communication Technology (MOICT) has decided to involve the best quality IT-related companies and organizations of Bangladesh for the implementation of the project. Crystal Technology Bangladesh Ltd. works for the implementation of Learning and Earning development project after getting government approval. We have already successfully completed training of 20 Batches in Feni and Sylhet district. We feel proud to be a part of this development project. The Hon’ble State Minister, Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak MP, of the Ministry of Information & Communication Technology (MOICT) is contributing an immeasurable in implementing this type of training for the rural people. Toward this Digital Bangladesh, the contribution of Learning & Earning Development Project that has been well managed and implemented by Md. Manjur Kadir, Project Director, & Md. Nobir Uddin, DPD, Learning & Earning Development Project, the Ministry of Information & Communication Technology (MOICT).
We used the print, electronic and social media, billboards and mikes for disseminating the information in all upazilas. After registering all interested participants according to the rules of ICT Ministry, we selected 20 eligible participants for the L&E Basic IT/ICT training. All participants had to appear at an entry exam for getting chance in the training program.
Venue & Logistics
We selected luxurious and well-equipped venues to run the training programs smoothly. We also provided required logistics, such as bag, training manual, training schedule, pen, pad etc. as well as computers for each participant.
Food and Snacks
We provided healthy and hygienic snacks & lunch every day for the participants and also arranged a feast on the closing day of the training.
Experienced Trainers and Evaluation Test
We employed experienced trainers for conducting these training programs. After completion of 15 days’ training program, we arranged an evaluation test for the participants. Based on the highest scores in the evaluation tests, we picked up participants who got 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions in every batch and rewarded them with attractive prizes.
